This policy explains how Prashant Kumar (Proprietor) (“Ebookly”, “we”, “us”), operating ebookly.online, handles your personal data. We follow the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, as applicable.

Name, email address, phone number: when you place an order, contact us or subscribe to our newsletter.
Order details (books bought, amount, date, payment status and payment reference ID): when you complete a purchase.
Device and usage data (browser, pages viewed, approximate location from IP address): automatically while you browse.

Payment details are not stored by us. Card, UPI and netbanking details are entered on the secure page of our payment gateway partner (Razorpay). We only receive confirmation of the payment and a reference number.

To process your order and send your download links;
To send order confirmations, receipts and important service messages;
To answer your questions and give support;
To send our newsletter, only if you subscribed (you can unsubscribe at any time);
To prevent fraud and misuse of the website;

Payment gateway to process your payment securely;
Email and hosting providers that help us deliver messages and run the website;
