1. Digital delivery only
We sell ebooks only. We do not ship any physical product, so there are no shipping charges and no delivery address is needed.
2. How you receive your ebook
- On screen: after a successful payment, the order confirmation page shows your order and your download links.
- By email: download links for each book you bought are sent to the email address you entered at checkout.
Each purchase includes the book in PDF format.
3. Delivery time
- Normal successful payment: instantly, usually within 1 to 5 minutes.
- Bank confirms the payment late: within 24 hours of the confirmation.
4. Download links
- Links stay active for 30 days from the date of purchase.
- You can download each file up to 5 times. You may keep the files permanently after that.
- If a link expires or stops working, email us and we will send a fresh one at no cost.
5. If you did not receive your ebook
- Check your spam, junk and promotions folders.
- Make sure the email address you typed at checkout is correct.
- Wait up to 30 minutes, as delivery can occasionally be delayed.
- Still nothing? Email readers@ebookly.online with your payment reference ID. We will resend your links within a few hours, or refund you under our Refund Policy.
6. Device requirements
PDF files open on any phone, tablet or computer. We are not responsible for compatibility problems caused by outdated devices or software.
